When the 1st Avenue Fairfield, Black Rock, St Michael man went before Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick Tuesday and was asked to plead to entering Mario Prescod’s home as a trespasser between September 2 and 3 and stealing an iPad, Harris replied: “Sir, that is the ticklish thing about this here you know Sir. After he did so, however, Station Sergeant Neville Watson objected to bail, stating that Harris had missed a court date back in January and had not returned to court before Tuesday.

In his defence, Harris said he came out of prison in January. Further, he had checked himself into the Psychiatric Hospital “three or four times for the year already”.
