Handyman warned to stay away from woman

A 50-year-old handyman from St James was granted bail this morning on several offences.

Oswald Lorenza Moore, of Paynes Bay, St James was not required to plead to the charges.

It is alleged that on August 24, Moore destroyed a bag, a shirt and a pair of pants belonging to Laurelle Moore, without lawful excuse.

He is also charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding Laurelle Moore.

There was no objection to bail after Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick read the charge in the No 1 District “A” Court yesterday.

As such the accused was able to secure bail with one surety to the tune of $3,000 , and was warned to stay away Moore.
