Germain faces charge of intent to maim
An unemployed man from St Michael is out on $8,000 bail on a wounding charge.
Jakobi Talik Germain was not required to plead when he appeared before the District “A” Magistrates Court Thursday charged with intent to maim, disfigure or disable Anderson Trotman or to do some other serious bodily harm to him.
The incident allegedly occurred on February 29, 2016.
There was no objection to his bail, which was secured with one surety.
However, he was warned to stay away from the virtual complainant.
Germain returns to court on November 7, 2016.
