Lewis denies weed charge

COURT TODAY BLOCKA 53-year-old St Michael man was Tuesday granted bail to the tune of $2,000 after appearing on a charge of marijuana possession.

Junifer Linguard Lewis denied the charge when he appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court.

Lewis, of Ground Floor, Nelson Street, St Michael is due to reappear on October 12.

    What is the value of the marijuana? Was it for personal use only? It seems this is a waste of court time.
    I am not surprised it is that magistrate Cuffy-Sargeant again.
