James out on $5,000 bail

courtAn unemployed man from St Philip was today granted $5,000 bail when he appeared before the District “A” Magistrates’ Court.

Dave Fedel Aristide James of Cox Hill, Church Village, St Philip pleaded not guilty to a robbery charge.

James, 22, is accused of robbing Lamar Thompson of a $20 chain, one cellular phone worth $339 and $90 in currency.

According to the police charge sheet the incident occurred on February 3.

James returns to court on November 1.
