Serial offender remanded on ganja charge

COURT TODAY BLOCKA young unemployed man from Valley, St George will have to spend a month in jail before he gets to know his fate.

Akil Omari Tobiere was today remanded to HMP Dodds by Magistrate Douglas Frederick when the 22-year-old appeared at the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court.

Tobiere, who has had previous convictions, pleaded guilty to having a small quantity of marijuana this morning.

When he returns to court on August 25, the prosecution will present the details of the case.

    A waste of Marijuana i would say
    We the tax payers are never broke . The only problem we do have , is that we cannot be trusted to spend our own money ,so it is the Government that gets to spend spend it for us.
