Chase and Griffith accused of loitering

COURT TODAY BLOCKTwo Christ Church men, who are charged with loitering, entered the Oistins Magistrates’ Court together this morning.

However, while 22-year-old Oneill Alistaire Chase was freed on $2,000 bail, Acting Magistrate Alliston Seale revoked bail for his co-accused – 25-year-old Akeem Ricardo Griffith – after he broke his curfew.

Chase of 2D Maxwell View, Silver Hill, Christ Church and Griffith of Montrose in the same parish have both denied loitering at Fairholme Gardens, Christ Church on July 4 and giving cause to suspect that they were there to commit theft.

They return to court on August 17.
