I wonder why they do this at least cover the body, but wait is this done by the police who should be among the first on the scene then it seems that the media got there first. However show some respect and compassion for the family

Well I think that the police should be equipped to cover the body since there are among the first to arrive they are the ones who call the coroner..have a wonderful evening Ms. Foster.

Yes Ms. Goodhair everyone has a camera but this is the media and should be operating in a professional manner. I don’t know who got there first but my assumption is the police other than members of the public in the vicinity.

Cover him with what? Do people drive around on the highways with sheets in their car just in case they come across a dead person on the street?

  8. Nanci July 19, 2016 at 4:15 pm

Years from now people will learn, something was dumped in Barbados ocean floors that killing people. Something suspicious going on. It’s like the death ghost come to Barbados.

This habit of displaying dead bodies is such circumstantanxss is callous and innapropriate in a civilised and enlightened society and it needs to stop starting with the press. Surely you have been trained in journalism where you can get the story across with such demeaning images.

. . . . . on the other hand Barbados Today should also be blamed for using that picture the way it is . . . c’mon guys don’t you read and watch international news from the 1st. world countries ?
As an executive Producer I never allow my journalist to use photos of uncovered dead bodies , and I’m in the No.1 News market in the world.

Dignity shown to people when alive should not cease in death. Barbados Today should have at least pixelate the picture.

@Nanci!!!!! “”Years from now people will learn, something was dumped in Barbados ocean floors that killing people. Something suspicious going on. It’s like the death ghost come to Barbados.””
Foolishness, you obviously don’t understand the Sea and Tides, anything that was DUMPED in Barbados Waters CANNOT remain Stagnant, the Tides will take it away.
The Culprit Has to be Dehydration, coupled with people People who are NOT well but don’t know it, because they have NOT seen a Doctor in UMPTEEN Years.
Dumplins to Doughnuts, this Guy Had a Heart Attack, not a rariety in Barbados.
Why are some People Blaming THE RBPF, they were OBVIOUSLY NOT the First on the Scene. and this photo WAS TAKEN BEFORE THEY ARRIVED
They were Photos/Videos by Reputable Internationl News Agencies of The Carnage in Nice, France, i have not Heard anyone Criticize Them, This in NOW a Connected/Camera Crazy World, and this is Reality.

Perhaps it should be made ILLEGAL for ANYONE to Publish these types of Photos. with Stiff Fines attached.
