One man seriously injured at Storey Gap

One man is currently assisting police with their investigation into the serious wounding of Delroy Scarlett, 51, of Storey Gap, Codrington, St Michael.

Lawmen say Scarlett was involved in an altercation with another man at Storey Gap around 5:40 p.m. Monday in which his right hand was severed above the wrist and his left leg was partially severed below the knee.

He was taken to the QEH by ambulance. It is believed that a cutlass was used in the incident.
