Mahon pleads not guilty to wounding and theft

courtA 26-year-old man was released today on $6,000 bail today after he pleaded not guilty to charges of wounding and theft.

Kerion Kenaro Mahon of King William Street, St Michael is accused of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Rico Greene, in addition to robbing him of $124.50, on June 15, 2016.

However, when Mahon appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the District “A” No 2 Court, he pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The prosecution did not object to his bail, but Mahon was warned by the magistrate to stay away from the virtual complainant and his property.

Mahon is scheduled to reappear in court on August 30.
