Bartender must stay away from Lashley

courtAppearing in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court today, a 24-year-old bartender entered a not guilty plea on a charge of wounding.

Akem Jabarry Leon, of 4th Avenue Mannings Land, St Michael stood in the dock accused of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Gimel Lashley during an incident yesterday.

Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant, presiding in the No 2 Court, granted Leon $5, 000 bail with one surety.

She also ordered Leon, who is due to reappear in court on August 11, to stay away from the virtual complainant.
