Prisoners all around the world exercise while incarcerated, after all there isn’t much for them to do.

A national disgrace this man is on remand for a year based on an allegation. If during his Court appearances , he is found not guilty, would the State compensate him for depriving him of his liberty .

The Court system really stinks and violating people rights. There is no way a person should be incarcerated on remand for that lengthen of time.

May be the time the Court is spending enforcing a dress code, the authorities should invest more time improving the justice system.

I guess he was trying to bulk up to be much stronger when he gets the chance to commit another robbery. Maybe ,he got some licks in Dodds but don’t want his friends to no, ’cause he perceives himself to be a bad ass. But it seems to have worked for him in that he convinced Kristy Cuffy that he got hurt while exercising.
I bet he never never found time to have exercise before he went to prison .Why? Because his time was spent stealing or planning how to rob some poor old soul.
