Seale pleads guilty to manslaughter
Terry Cassius Seale today pleaded guilty to manslaughter following the October 31, 2013 killing of Moreta Forde.
Forde, 53, a then employee of telecommunications company LIME was found with her throat slashed in her Fisher Pond, St Thomas home which had been set on fire.
Appearing in the No. 5 Supreme Court today, Seale, 52, pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder.
The No. 27 Groves Crescent, St George, resident had been on remand from 2014.
Madam Justice Jacqueline Cornelius ordered a presentencing report and an assessment from the Psychiatric Hospital for Seale, who remains on remand until September 14, 2016.
