Watersports operator facing rape charge

A 33-year-old watersports operator yesterday appeared in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court on a rape charge.

Micah Laron Chase, of No.4, Gullyfield Avenue, Bayville, St Michael was not required to plead to the indictable charge of having sexual intercourse with a woman on May 31, 2016 without her consent.

Magistrate Douglas Frederick released him on $5,000 bail and ordered him to return to court on September 15, 2016.

    Really d bottom line u want locking up if u do it and bail should be higher men do less crime than that and get more bail money put on them
