Polin on four charges

COURT TODAY BLOCKA 28-year-old man, who appeared in court yesterday on four separate charges, was only required to enter a plea for one of them.

Jamar Emmanuel Polin of Apartment 31, Golden Circle Apartments, Amity Lodge, Christ Church admitted before District ‘A’ Magistrate Douglas Frederick to unlawful possession of cannabis.

Polin, who is currently unemployed, is also charged with use of a firearm and two separate counts of causing serious bodily harm to Ryan King and Shawn Clinton with intent to maim, disable or disfigure the two men on April 4 this year.

However, he was not required to enter a plea for those offences.

Polin was remanded to jail until June 27 when he is due to reappear in court.
