Prime Minister Freundel Stuart is to be bestowed with the Order of Roraima, Guyana’s second highest award, at State House on Thursday.

Stuart is being honoured for his dedication and commitment to the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and his unflinching support for the rights of Small Island Developing States.
