Hinds denies assaulting his brother

Two St Michael men were granted bail after appearing before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court yesterday on unrelated charges.

Leslie Deroy Hinds of #25 Golden Acre, St Stephen’s Hill denied assaulting his brother Carl Hinds on May 11 and causing him actual bodily harm.

The unemployed man was granted $3,000 bail and is to return to court on July 26.

Kevin Ryan Cornibert also went before the same court yesterday.

After pleading not guilty to robbing Bentley Mullen of $400, Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant granted him $5,000 bail and adjourned his matter until August 8.
