Cummins denies stealing handbags
Orson Delisle Kelvin Cummins appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court yesterday on three charges.
He stood accused of breaking into Made to Measure store on March 30, stealing a handbag and two hats belonging to Khemraj Daniel, and having a knife with him at the time.
Cummins denied the charge before Magistrate Douglas Frederick. He was ordered to keep away from the store and to report to a police station twice weekly.
Cummins, a 38-year-old bar assistant, was granted $5, 000 bail and had his case adjourned until August 18.
