SOL employee arrested at Bridgetown Port

Police have arrested and charged a SOL employee at the Bridgetown Port with three drug offences.

Fifty-seven-year-old bunker crewman Frank Jefferson Wiltshire of Fitts Gap, Westbury Road, St Michael faces charges of possession, possession with intent to supply and trafficking in cannabis.

Yesterday, members of the Drug Squad intercepted and searched a motor lorry driven by Wiltshire and discovered 1.9 kilogrammes of cannabis.

He will appear in the District A Magistrates Court today.

    Police and Customs doing a very good job in recent times when it comes to holding marijuana/cocaine . The legalization of Marijuana must be debate though. It is about time. The Marijuana demand does not slow down and the war has been lost so the question of legalization must come to the fore for discussion.
