Police seek help in identifying body

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the body of a man found floating off Bathsheba Beach, St Joseph last Saturday.

The unknown man is said to be of East Indian descent and appears to be in his 40s.

He has straight black hair and is of dark complexion. He was wearing a pair of red swim shorts when he was discovered.

Police say he wore a red T-shirt, long jeans with a brown belt, and grey, green, black and white AIR soft shoes to the beach.

Anyone with information related to the person’s identity is asked to contact the District F Police Station at telephone number 433-1540 or police emergency number 211.
