Manager pleads not guilty to assaulting woman

COURT TODAY BLOCKA manager who pleaded not guilty to assaulting a woman almost a year ago was granted bail when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court today.

Mark John William Doherty, 50, of #218 Golden Grove Rockley Resort, Golf Club Road, Christ Church denied inflicting
serious bodily harm on Roxanna Daniel on May 4, 2015.

Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant released him on $8,000 bail after there was no objection by police prosecutor Station Sergeant
Janice Ifill.

Doherty is scheduled to return to court on June 30.
