Keep off, mother warned

COURT TODAY BLOCKDespite pleading not guilty to assaulting the father of her children, Nicole Dawn Tudor has been ordered to stay away from his premises.

The 41-year-old cook of Grazettes Main Road, St Michael denied assaulting Brian Lowe occasioning him actual bodily harm on March 17, 2016, when she appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court today.

She also pleaded not guilty to trespassing on Lowe’s premises after she was told not to do so yesterday.

Before releasing her on $5,000 bail, Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant ordered her not to venture near the premises of the virtual complainant.

She also advised her to utilize a facilitator if she needed to see her children.

Tudor will return to court on June 23.
