Police have arrested and charged a 40-year-old man of no fixed place of abode for failing to produce a certificate of purchase  for 15 pounds of cassava found in his possession on April 21.

It was around 12:30 a.m. that lawmen on patrol at Church Village, St Philip, encountered Henderson Sylvester Burgess with a bag containing the cassavas. He was unable to produce the certificate.
