Bail granted to St Michael duo

COURT TODAY BLOCKTwo St Michael men were granted $22 000 bail and had their cases adjourned until July 6 following an appearance on theft-related charges in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court.

Kadeem Ramon Brathwaite, 24, of Butlers Avenue, Spooners Hill, and Julius Demario Ifill, 23, of Richards Land, Bush Hall, appeared before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant.

The allegations against both men are that between January 22 and 23 last year and again between May 22 and 23,  they entered Bideford House and stole a safe valued at $1 000, a cash tin valued at $600 and cash, with a total value of over $20 000, all belonging to ESC Incorporated.

Brathwaite was represented by attorney-at-law Kevin Miller while Shadia Simpson acted on behalf of Ifill.

    Did the police find evidence at his residence …. Cause it was on ND doesn’t make it the truth or a lie…. If the neighbours are really willing to go forward and witness… Get the boy a lawyer and take the stand in court… #justsaying
