Aimey held for gun offence

COURT TODAY BLOCKAlready on bail in relation to a wounding charge, Shanako Akil Aimey was remanded to HMP Dodds today by Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant after he appeared before her on another charge.

Aimey, 19, of Perfection Road, Bank Hall, St Michael, was not required to plead to the indictable charge of unlawfully and maliciously engaging in conduct on April 14, which placed Damien Ifill in danger of death or serious bodily harm.

Sergeant Neville Reid told the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court that the accused was already on bail and a gun was allegedly used in the commission of the current matter.

Aimey will return to court on May 17.

My question is? Is this the same gun in both instances? If so where is it and if not where are both of them? and where is a 19 year old getting his hands on so many guns?
