Elderly woman charged with causing death by dangerous driving

Police investigating the death of 71-year-old Norman Foster of Boscobel, St Peter, have arrested and formally charged 70-year-old Marlene Spencer-Corbin of Heywoods, St Peter, with the offence of Death by Dangerous Driving.

Spencer-Corbin appeared at the District E/Holetown Magistrates Court today, and was granted bail with one surety to return to court on September 5.

This fatality occurred on 13th November 2015 at Goddings Alley, Speightstown.

Foster was a pedestrian and died at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

    I wonder why they never charged the race car driver with dangerous driving that killed my grandfather? ????

    Hmmm I know a certain well off boy that kill two people doing nonsense and he ain’t spend a day, license ain’t even get suspend.

    I heard about an old English tourist who was struck by a car while crossing the road on foot near the Colony Club, he was killed instantly. That was in 2006 but it never made it to the newspapers…
