Liat’s CEO departs

It’s official!

Liat’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) David Evans has parted ways with the company.

In a brief release issued today, the regional airline confirmed that it had accepted Evan’s resignation but offered no explanation for his sudden departure.

“The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Evans for his service and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.”

Evans had joined the company in April 2014, succeeding former CEO Captain Ian Brunton.

Director of Finance Julie Reifer-Jones has been named as interim CEO.
