Labourer denies wounding charge

COURT TODAY BLOCKA labourer who pleaded not guilty to a wounding charge will have to return to court on May 31 after he was granted bail today.

Sumunguru Mugomansakan-kan Moore, 36, of Belleview Gap, Station Hill, St Michael pleaded not guilty to unlawfully and maliciously wounding Sylvester Moore on October 4, 2015 when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court this morning.

Magistrate Douglas Frederick granted him bail in the sum of $3, 000 after there was no objection by the prosecution.
