McClean accused of stealing $1.75, and a cell phone

COURT TODAY BLOCKA St Michael man will have to report to the District ‘A’ Police Station once a week after pleading not guilty to a charge of trespassing.

Jason Omar McClean, 34, of Lewis Gap, Green Hill, St Michael denied entering the home of Colin Redman on March 11, 2016 as a trespasser and stealing one cell phone valued $50 and $1.75 in Barbados currency when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court today.

The prosecution did not object to bail and Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant released him on $500 bail and ordered him to return to court on June 8.

As part of his bail conditions, he will also have to report to the police station every Friday before 9 a.m.
