Top Gov’t officials to appear in court


Prime Minister Freundel Stuart, Attorney General Adriel Brathwaite and the Chief Immigration Officer will be served with summonses next week to appear in Court.

Attorney-at-law and social activist David Comissiong today filed an application at the Registry of the Supreme Court suing the Government for what he calls unlawfully enacting regulations that would require Barbadian citizens to be finger printed upon entering and leaving the country.

The hearing is set for June 30.
