Browne granted $6,000 bail

A St Michael man was granted bail today after pleading not guilty to an assault charge.

Ricardo Fitzgerald Browne, 53, of Kew Road, Bank Hall, St Michael, denied assaulting Clarence Jordan, occasioning him actual bodily harm in August 12, 2014, when he appeared in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court.

Prosecutor Sergeant Neville Reid did not object to bail, and Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant granted him bail in the sum of $6,000.

He will return to court on June 8.
