Harris re-elected BFA president

Incumbent President of the Barbados Football Association, Randy Harris was this afternoon re-elected to serve for another four years.

Barbados TODAY was reliably informed that Harris defeated his opponent Fabian Wharton 87 to 46 in a closed-door meeting that continues in the Sir Hugh Springer Auditorium of the Barbados Workers’ Union Headquarters, Harmony Hall.

Captain Al Walcott was also re-elected has Vice President, defeating Adrian Mapp 98 votes to 32.

Several BFA members including clubs across all divisions turned out to vote.
