Watson denies threatening a woman
A 65-year-old man has denied using threatening words towards a female.
The offence was allegedly committed by Ernest Elton Watson against Andrea Nicholls, with the intention of causing her to believe that she would be made to suffer immediate and unlawful violence.
However, when he appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick in the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court today, Watson denied telling Nicholls to, “come out here leh me ****ing kill yuh and yuh ***hole son wid this”.
The New Castle, St John resident was granted $2,000 bail and ordered to return to court on June 6.
