Landlord faces up to indecent assault

COURT TODAY BLOCKA 62-year-old landlord was granted $5,000 bail after appearing in the District ‘A’ Magistrate Court today on a charge of indecent assault.

Cyril McDonald Grosvenor, of #5 Waverley, Keizer Hill, Christ Church, is charged with committing the indictable offence against a female sometime between March 1 and 3 this year.

In a separate matter, Peter Alfredo Hobbs, a self-employed man from #34 Seclusion Gardens, Black Rock, St Michael denied assaulting Shanantry Wickham and occasioning her actual bodily harm on March 5 this year.

He too was granted $5,000 bail and ordered not to interfere with the complainant in any way.

Hobbs, 37, was represented by attorney-at-law Romain Marshall.

Both men return to court on June 7.
