Police constable stabbed

Lawmen are on the hunt for an unknown assailant who attacked one of their own last night.
A police constable was stabbed in the left leg at Station Hill, St Michael, around 9 :30 p.m.
Police Public Relations Officer, Acting Assistant Superintendent David Welch said the incident occurred while the constable was on his way to work.
He explained that the officer made his way to the District “A” Police Station and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he was treated and discharged.
