Sorry but when I looked up Barbados in the Google map it’s a tiny island surrounded entirely by water, and with that I had thought it will be difficult for fire to ignite in such a place and the fire service will have no problem getting water unlike us that live in mainland.

Barbados is 430 km² – it’s kind of hard to run a hose from the ocean inland!!!!!! The firetrucks still have to drive to the location with water and hook up to hydrants like everywhere else on the planet. Just sayin’.

Very sad. I hope, how can 80% be greater than 20% accommodate the family in the monopoly houses that have been vacant for years.

This morning was a confusing on Goodland main road. The fire was raging and the wind was a major factor for the loss of the second house.
