Walcott on rape charge

COURT TODAY BLOCKTwenty-six-year-old Jahbarrie Lionel Kemar Walcott appeared before the District ‘A’ Magistrates Court today charged with rape.

The 4th Avenue Alleyne Land, Bank Hall, St Michael resident was not required to plead to the indictable charge of having sexual intercourse with a 19-year-old without her consent, sometime between February 2 and 5.

Walcott, who was represented by attorney-at-law Roy Hurley, was granted $10,000 bail and told to return to court on May 4.

    Worse than murder in my opinion. A person doesn’t have to live with being killed, of course the family/friends will, but I think it’s the worst thing you could do another human being

    No rapist should ever get bail, he should be in prison being castrated before locking him up for at least 15 years
