16-year-old continues on $ 5,000 bail

COURT TODAY BLOCKA 16-year-old student appeared before Magistrate Christopher Birch today charged with causing serious bodily harm to Nathaniel Belgrave.

When Tyriq Stephen Greenidge went before the District ‘C’ Magistrates Court he was not required to plead to the December 10, 2015 indictable charge.

Greenidge, whose address was given as Lot 94 Belair Terrace, St Philip, initially appeared before former Chief Magistrate Pamela Beckles at the Oistins Court.

Magistrate Birch allowed the teenager to continue on $5,000 bail, reporting to the Oistins police station every Monday and having “nothing to do” with the complainant.

He will return to court on April 11.
