Cop admits to having sex with minors

COURT TODAY BLOCKA policeman yesterday admitted to three counts of committing serious indecency against two school girls in 2011.

Suspended cop Ricardo Devere Millington, 43, of Breezy Hill, Halton Terrace, St Philip, was on trial before Justice Margaret Reifer in the No. 5 Supreme Court earlier today.

Millington was originally charged with one count of rape and two for serious indecency. He however denied the rape accusation but pleaded guilty to the three serious indecency counts.

The offences occurred between July 2, 2011 and Dec 17, 2011. The victims were 14 and 15 years old at the time.

According to the facts which Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions, Donna Babb-Agard,Q.C., outlined to the court, one of the girls was giving trouble and her mother, who met Millington online, felt he would have been a good person to help keep the girl in check.

The girl was allowed to stay at Millington’s house and the offences were committed in a bedroom there. During the mentioned dates, one of the girl’s friends also had one of the offences committed against her.

The girl at the centre never told her mother about what was taking place but she mentioned it to her friends. Millington was remanded and returns to court on November 16. He was represented by attorney-at-law Alvan Babb.

Hence why I said what I said. He admitted to paedophilia so why is he still employed? Administration shouldn’t wait for the case to be closed to determine his employment in the force now that he admitted to such heinous acts on minors.

The mother needs to have her head checked. What mother in their right mind would meet a man on line and allow their teenage daughter to overnight at his house because she is having discipline issues with her daughter? She subjected her daughter by putting her in a vulnerable situation. This mother needs to get a brain.

Parents are responsible for their children welfare until he/she comes of age to leave home–in this case the mother should be given a prison sentence–The Perpetrator paedophile luring young girls/boys from homes) he knew what he was doing– not only paedophile destroy children psychological status–the children becomes damage property all through their lives– The perpetrator should receive the maximum sentence—-15 years Period

Because she must have acted in desperation, rather than responsibly and thoughtfully.

I feel people that are put in a higher authority to uphold the laws etc should actually be sentenced to death if they break them.

Why would a mother be so naive as to think that because this predator was a policeman he would be ideal to help her daughter. Well he did.
There are two kinds of fools ,a clever fool ,in this case the policeman ,and the idiot fool ,the mother .Both mother and police should be placed in jail ,in the same cell so that he can teach her some basic common sense.

From high school days ,school girls always seem to have a thing for Policemen. Police on the other hand would seem to use their uniforms to attract .I guess it gave young girls some sort of a “important feeling ” knowing they had a policeman showing up in the bus stand in uniform to chat with them in front of girl friends and others. Police have always been known as predators . It has happened all over the world . They take advantage whenever they are given an opening ,and often get away with it. This Scum bag did just that .I am sure that a careful investigation will uncover some others that he has taken advantage of.
He should be given a year for the age of each of these minors. Not a bit of mercy should be shown….Rat.

Too much dam paedophiles on such a small island he want his d*** cutting off, as for the mother she’s a total nuisance she should be dealt with as well cause I don’t know what kind of goat she is, these men need to see the children and leave them makes me sick to my stomach.

That mother who l feel is sick in her head and need to have it examined. Having handed over her daughter to that Police who should have known better and is even more sicker than the mother. That,to my mind is throwing the cat amongst the pigeons. Well….well…well where is the poison in all of this… Cheez. I wonder if money has a part in this???

Is there any chance of a connection to some of the disappearances of young females?

  21. nanci November 6, 2015 at 4:30 pm

some of them think they above the law, and why is he still employed? because barbados dont take sex with minors serious. Also the mother met this guy online, and let her daughter sleep at his house? that is way beyond crazy. God knows what he told the mother to convince her, and she believed it.

Why has it taken 4 yr to get to court with a confession and yes, why is it not former policeman.
Will it take another 2 yr to pronounce a sentence?

  23. Paul November 8, 2015 at 4:14 am

he is not the only one and in some cases the mother knows full-well that the men are having sex with their under-age children and i mean both boys and girls i just hope this case is the eye opener

  24. Tristian Balgraves November 11, 2015 at 9:40 pm

The mother and her daughter are whores praying on the vulnerability of the weakness of men. All those that make excuses for such whores are just like them. She never hear of PARDOS ( oohhh please) If the man is to be incarcerated so should be the whoring mother. Tired of women wanting equal rights. When these hoes breed and have no means to support their abomination spewing form between their legs, the Government and ‘decent society’ put them in housing care and when a man can’t support the child he is offered housing at Dodds.
