Ince arrested on theft charge

Cheriss Ricardo Omar Ince, who was arrested in connection with the disappearance of St Philip resident Marcelle Smith, appeared in the District A Magistrates Court today to answer to charges of Theft.

Cheriss Ricardo Omar Ince is charged with theft.

Ince, of Nursery No. 2, Four Roads, St Philip, is accused of stealing a motor car belonging to Aurelius Smith, the husband of 75-year-old Marcelle Smith, between October 12 and 17 from Farm Road, St Philip.

Marcelle Smith has been missing since October 13.

He has been remanded until November 3, when he is due to appear in the District C Magistrates Court.

    What could this idiot be thinking ?Looking at the picture of the accuse one can see the fear in his eyes .As a once Officer ,from his demeanor I would almost venture to say that the pupils of his eyes seem enlarge which might or might not be a sign of some kind of drug use.It would not surprise me to hear that he is an addict.
