Teen on $3,000 bail

COURT TODAY BLOCKA 19-year-old student accused of using threatening words towards Deandra Harding which caused her to believe that immediate and unlawful danger would be used against her, denied doing so yesterday.

The words which Sheryl Andrene Sealy allegedly used were: “I would barely kill you and beat you.”

Sealy lives at Lightfoot Lane, St Michael.

The prosecution did not object to bail for the accused teenager and after ordering her to stay away from the complainant, Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant granted Sealy $3 000 bail.

The accused returns to the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court next January 16.
