Knight told to stay away from complainant

COURT TODAY BLOCKWhen Dexter Sylvester Knight appeared today before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court No 2, he denied a charge of unlawfully and maliciously inflicting serious bodily harm on Rad Stuart, on June 27, 2014.

The 41-year-old decorator of Queen Mary Road, Bank Hall, St Michael was granted $5,000 bail and ordered not to interfere with the complainant. He returns to court on January 19, 2016.

Eighteen year old Rashied Joehannse Cox, who also appeared in the same court yesterday, was granted similar bail after he denied unlawfully and maliciously wounding Dwight Hinds on September 19.

Cox, who resides at Lewis Gap, Green Hill, St Michael was also told to stay away from the complainant. Additionally, he was placed on a 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. curfew. He returns to court on January 12, 2016.
