Police appeal for public’s help in murder probe

Police make another appeal to members of the public to assist in ongoing investigations into the unnatural death of 63-year-old businessman Stanley Michelini of Mount Standford, St, James.

Michelini was reportedly shot by two masked, armed assailants last Friday in Christie Village, Bucks, St Thomas.

He was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.



In a statement police asked anyone who may have been travelling along Highway 2A at its junction with Bucks St. Thomas between 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm on Friday the 25th of September 2015, who may have seen two suspicious men, or any suspicious vehicles in the area, or a bare back man running in the direction of Highway 2A, to contact Police Emergency at telephone number ‘211’, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477), District ‘E’ at 4191737, 4191730, or the nearest police station.
