@,Hal, A, hail, hail, on the button, you are not alone , must further add, not only the water, power, drainage and the roads, the overall infrastructure of Barbados is very bad, what is so amazing, everyone talks about technology, but the application of technology starting from a bad base line ,with bad management takes you nowhere.

The logic of strategic planning seems to be so far from the minds of lots of so call engineers, all we see in Barbados is failure. People you take what you have put it right , then you improve from that position, all we are getting in Barbados , corporates going to do this and that ,sets everything up as just talk, talk.

All we need in Barbados , just find the bajans with they varying technologies, where ever they are, but I would never forget , I was offered a job in Barbados ,but because I was bajan, I was offered 28% less in wages, although I was three times more qualified than a Caucasian gentleman. this is why we will never be proud of our own.
