Flooding has been reported in at least three communities on the island’s west coast.

Authorities are urging residents in low lying areas to move to higher ground.

Today’s rains came as the island continues clean up operations following the passage of Tropical Storm Erika two weeks ago.  The storm left more than 30 people dead and an estimated $612 million in infrastructural damage.
