Update – Two dead in St Philip accident

Two women lost their lives this morning in an accident in  St Philip.

Barbados TODAY understands that the two from Cave Hill, St Michael died after the car they were travelling in collided with a pickup at the junction of Tranquility Drive and Congo Road.

    people take wanna frigging time on the road. if u late u cant be early. might not be u driving fast but the idiot coming infront, behind or at the side of u!!!!

    I will forever say wherever a person is going will still be there time they get there, so why hurry? When I was learning how to drive my instructor used to tell me when on the road you have to think for the man in front, behind and next to you as well as yourself…people seem to forget that. Don’t know what happened here, but please drive safely on these roads.

    People comimg from tranquility drive don’t stop they fly out on the ,ain like if they have the right of way, they hate to stop,sorry to hear abput the lost of lives ,we need to be more responsible and caring of each other on these road, people like to drive with a selfish manner and that is not the way.

    We cant get a accident free day in Barbados are less death on the road and this is because person when their have the right of way believe they have to kill are disfigured some one to prove a point all thou you are right give it up you may save a life are even your own Insurance money is not all that will go and the pain and injuries are still there and families will still live with the burdens and you will be seen as a murder.

    My sympathy goes out the members of those two families.
    but one doesn’t have to be driving fast to be involved in an accident
    An accident is an unforeseen occurrence and cannot be predicted or avoided.
