Man succumbs to gunshot wounds

Police are continuing investigations into the circumstances surrounding the unnatural death of Ashem Telemaque, 21, of Brittons Hill, St. Michael.

Telemaque, who had been shot in the head in the area of the Pump-it-up Bar, Fordes Road, St. Michael on August 4, passed away this morning at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

A 48-year-old Brittons Hill resident, was also shot in the chest during the incident.

However, after being briefly hospitalized, he was eventually discharged.
