Sada Williams picked up her second medal at the Pan American Junior Championships

It was so nice, Sada Williams had to do it twice.

Williams grabbed her second medal at the Pan American Junior Track and Field Championships in Edmonton, Canada, when she won bronze in the women’s 200 metres.

The Coleridge and Parry student who had earlier picked up a silver medal in the 400 metres, clocked 23.49 seconds, finishing behind eventual winner Deanna Hill of the USA (23.18) and Brazil’s Vitoria Cristina Rosa who was timed at 23.42.

Another Barbadian in Tristan Evelyn came fourth in 23.73 seconds.

Rivaldo Leacock finished outside the medals in the finals of 400 metres hurdles, coming sixth in a time of 52.25 seconds.
