Cyclist remanded to Dodds

The cyclist involved in the accident that led to the death of 68-year-old Samuel Clarke of Nurse Land, Bank Hall, St Michael was remanded to Dodds today.

Shaayne Deshawn Williams, 20 years of Eden Lodge, St Michael was slapped with a slew of charges when he appeared at the District ‘A’ Traffic Court.

They include cause of death by dangerous driving, driving without due care and attention, driving without reasonable consideration, no insurance, no driver’s licence, leaving the scene of an accident, no registration card affixed, no front or rear registration number plate.

Williams will reappear in court on July 24.

Clarke was struck by the motorcycle while walking along Bank Hall main road on Monday.

    Stupse,,these ppl fa real,,how much more lawless can one get? And ya wud think that if you are outside the law you wud try to ride below the radar not up and down, all around and so recklessly with no consideration or common sense. I see motor cyclist bobbing and weaving through traffic like its a video game,,dont they think at some point a pedestrian wud be crossing?
