I live in the UK and since being here for the past 5 days I have seen an accident every single day. There are too many cars, too many inexperinced drivers, talking on mobiles, pulling out without look and always in a hurry to go WHERE.?

The problem , too many bad drivers , vehicles not road worthy ,bad personal attitudes to each other and doing silly things on the roads.

What I find very interesting ,insurance companies seem not concern. are they all going for broke. or they will only react ,when an accident personally effects them. that goes for the politicians and police.
Hope this doesn’t happen ,but if any visitors to our island gets injured and starts a massive lawsuit ,what will happen then.

There is so much simple solutions ,which could be put in place to stop this madness in Barbados. but who has the balls to start .

My solutions, Insurances companies putting an access / deductible on policies of between $2000 to $2500, who ever is at fault they pay the first instalment.. Vehicle stop, inspection and search, if there is probable cause, random breath testing and breath testing of persons who are involve in accidents. drivers should be arrested caution and bail, pending the investigation of the accident.
